Is there a free trial?

There is a free trial for an annual membership! There's also free content (that will stay free) that you can access to see what kind of things you'll find on the app if you don't want to sign up for a trial. On Android, there is a free trial for monthly and annual membership.

Is the app available on android?

Yes! It’s available on iPhone and Android.

What’s included in the free version vs the paid version?

In the free version of the app, you’ll get access to various exercises within the app. You may also get access to premium content for limited periods of time on release.

In the paid version, you get full access to all content - including meditations, journaling audios, book summaries and more.

I have to cancel my subscription. How can I do that?

If you signed up via web payments…
You can go to the same link where you made your purchase (get.ongo.app/intention). Log in and choose "Manage Subscription" to cancel.

If you signed up in-app using your iOS phone…
To cancel a subscription made through Apple, you can follow the instructions outlined here.
